15 Minute Rule

Friends-

 

Just do something that you don't want to do or start for 15 minutes.  When 15 minutes is up then you can decide whether you want to quit or continue on. There is something that happens after 15 minutes, the world changes.  So many have told me they started walking and continued at 15 minutes or started studying and continued studying.  When you start dong it the emotional stuff inside obeys you.  I don't know how it works but I didn't invent electricity.  There is something magical when the body goes into motion.  The emotions follow.  Actions create your attitude and your attitude creates your mood.  Try out the 15 minute rule.  If there is any magical rule I know on how to be productive, it's the 15 minute rule.
