At 11 a.m., Theo Tilton of Morristown's Tilt Total Training will lead a 20-minute workout, at the same time that 49 other personal trainers from across the U.S., Canada, Australia and South Africa are doing the same thing.

Donations to participate range from $20 to $50, with U.S. proceeds benefiting the American Heart Association. The larger donation enters you into raffles for free training packages and gifts from area spas and health clubs. You must be at least 18 to take part.

"This is the time of year for resolutions," said Theo, asserting that many people gain five to 10 pounds over the holidays. "People want to kick-start their fitness and wellness programs."
