Getting in Shape Expected to Raise Thousands for Local Charity

Morristown - Local fitness company, tilt total training club, has scheduled a fitness camp with “The Eric Johnson House” of Morristown, NJ, in order to raise funds for HIV/AIDS services in the community.

Theo Tilton, owner of tilt total training, made his objectives for the camp clear when he stated “we want to do something to give back to our community; what better way than to offer our fitness expertise to help raise funds for such a good cause.”  The fitness camp will include 4 weeks of group fitness instruction, designed to help people lose weight fast and become FAT BURNING machines.  The “Get Ripped and Sexy Bootcamp”, will be preformed by one of the areas leading Health and Fitness Experts, Theo Tilton and Chuck Levy.

Bootcamp generally costs $240.00 per month.  Putting profit aside, tilt total training has agreed to offer the camp at a special rate of $48.00 for the month of August.  All proceeds from the fitness camp will benefit The Eric Johnson House and people living with HIV/AIDS in New Jersey.  Laurie Litt-Robbins, Executive Director of The Eric Johnson House, states “at such a difficult economic time, we are fortunate to have such a generous and philanthropic company in our community.”

Through the “Get Ripped & Sexy Bootcamp”, participants are expected to learn the most effective ways to burn fat, a practical exercise program that will work, why their current exercise program may be inhibiting results, why “diets” do not work, the most effective ways to change their eating program and the keys to eat for success.

The “Get Ripped & Sexy Bootcamp” classes will be held throughout the month of August on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Classes are offered three times per day; 6:00am, 12:30pm, and 6:45pm.  Each class lasts for 45 minutes.  For more information on registering, or to purchase your Boot Camp Access pass please contact Joann McEniry at The Eric Johnson House by calling 973-326-9636 or email info@theericjohnsonhouse.org

15 Best Foods to Add to Your Grocery List

Healthy Reader-

To get lean, recover quick, and improve your workouts go to www.tilttotaltraining.getprograde.com
and learn more about our dropship combo packs that help improve your efforts to losing weight!

1. Almonds Almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E, an antioxidant that many runners fall short on because there are so few good food sources of it.

2. Eggs One egg fulfills about 10 percent of your daily protein needs. Egg protein is the most complete food protein short of human breast milk, which means the protein in eggs contains all the crucial amino acids your hard-working muscles need to promote recovery.

3. Sweet potatoes Just a single 100-calorie sweet potato supplies over 250 percent of the DV for vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene, the powerful antioxidant. Sweet potatoes are also a good source of vitamin C, potassium, iron, and the two trace minerals manganese and copper.

4. Whole-Grain Cereal with Protein Look for whole-grain cereals that offer at least five grams of fiber and at least eight grams of protein.

5. Oranges Eat enough oranges and you may experience less muscle soreness. Oranges supply over 100 percent of the DV for the antioxidant vitamin C.

6. Canned Black Beans One cup of these beauties provides 30 percent of the DV for protein, almost 60 percent of the DV for fiber (much of it as the cholesterol-lowering soluble type), and 60 percent of the DV for folate, a B vitamin that plays a key role in heart health and circulation.

7. Mixed Salad Greens Each variety offers a unique blend of phytonutrients that research suggests may fend off age-related diseases, such as Alzheimer's, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. These phytonutrients also act as antioxidants, warding off muscle damage brought on by tough workouts.

8. Salmon Besides being an excellent source of high-quality protein (you get about 30 grams in a four-ounce serving), salmon is one of the best food sources of omega-3 fats. These essential fats help balance the body's inflammation response, a bodily function that when disturbed appears to be linked to many diseases including asthma.

9. Whole-Grain Bread Whole-grain eaters have a 38 percent lower risk of suffering from metabolic syndrome, which is characterized by belly fat, low levels of the good cholesterol, and high blood sugar levels.

10. Frozen Stir-fry Vegetables Research shows that eating a combination of antioxidants, such as beta-carotene and vitamin C, may lessen muscle soreness after hard interval workouts by reducing the inflammation caused by free-radical damage.

11. Whole-grain Pasta Pasta contains easily digestible carbs that help you restock spent glycogen (energy) stores. Whole-grain versions are a must over refined pastas because they contain more fiber to fill you up, additional B vitamins that are crucial to energy metabolism, and disease-fighting compounds such as lignans.

12. Chicken Along with protein, chicken contains selenium, a trace element that helps protect muscles from the free-radical damage that can occur during exercise, and niacin, a B vitamin that helps regulate fat burning during a run.

13. Frozen Mixed Berries The colorful compounds that make blueberries blue, blackberries deep purple, and raspberries a rich shade of red are called anthocyanins a powerful group of antioxidants that may help stave off Alzheimer's disease and some cancers.

14. Dark Chocolate (In moderation) Chocolate contains potent antioxidants called flavonols that can boost heart health, but not just any chocolate will do. First off, dark chocolate (the darker the better) generally contains more flavonols than milk chocolate.

15. Low-fat Yogurt Besides being a good source of protein and calcium (one cup provides 13 grams of protein and 40 percent of the DV for calcium), low-fat yogurt with live cultures provides the healthy bacteria your digestive tract needs to function optimally.

Recognizing Referrals

Hi-
This afternoon I wanted to talk to you about how impressed I have been with my latest group of bootcamp clients.
We have implemented a TRYOUT period during bootcamp which gives NEW clients the ability to tryout for our get ripped and sexy bootcamp for two free weeks.

At the end of week one we decide who we think should be invited to the camp... This ONLY applies to NEW bootcampers.

Now I got to tell you, there is one bootcamper who has totally shocked me and I would like to recognize her now.

Marta R.

She has referred two new clients to t3's get ripped and sexy bootcamp and they have all been motivating each other to be on time and at every workout, at 3 times per week.
Mart is a returning bootcamper and we miss her greatly!  She performed her butt of last year and I see the results have stayed
Marta we love you... Thank you very much, keep up the good work!

If you would like to try out bootcamp  go to www.tilttotaltraining.com for more details
