You can change your life today!

I don't know about you, but I know that I was not doing well for a while until I decided to change my life!

Maybe you can identify with this, maybe you can not, either way you decide to take this message, you are always right!


Let the truth BEGIN

The TRUTH is that even if you continue to believe in false things, you are always correct in your thinking.

HUH? What does that Mean... How does this relate to being fat or overweight, maybe even obese and unhealthy.

 

The TRUTH is that you created your life in every detail.

Your beliefs, create everything around you and in you.

This is the way God, Energy, The Universe, what ever name you give it, works!

 

If you consistently tell yourself that you are FAT, UNHEALTHY, UGLY, POOR, SICK, WHATEVER; you will be exactly that which you say you are.


Lets take inventory on all of the things we say to ourselves.

Make a list and see what you really say to yourself. 

I am centering this list on being overweight, fat, obese, unhealthy, but it can apply to every aspect of your life.  You'll get it by the end of this blog.

 

  • I can't control my eating...
  • I don't know what to do about this weight...
  • I guess I will always be FAT...
  • After having the kids...
  • I'm to old to lose weight...
  • My metabolism isn't what it used to be..
  • My whole family has weight issues..
  • I've been fat since I was a little kid..
  • I don't have good genetics...
  • I'm to busy...
  • I work to much...
  • I don't have enough time...
  • I have kids...
  • I have pets...
  • I have, I don't, I can't..
Do you realize what you are doing to your life when you say the word "I..." ?
You are literally creating your world when you use the word "I..."

Change your life today.

Begin with saying the following with deep belief in what you are saying:

Today I begin my new life!

Today is my first day in my successful journey to a NEW me!

This moment right here and right now is the moment of change in my life.

  • I am Happy, Healthy, Whole and complete.
  • I love myself and I accept me the way that I am
  • I am strong, fit, and leaner every moment of the day
  • I have a strong, energized metabolism that burns FAT off of my beautiful body
  • I Live in my ideal body shape, size, and composition
  • I feed my body, mind, & soul the proper energy and exercise it needs!
  • My body serves me well in all of my adventures
Say these affirmations to yourself everyday, multiple times a day, best when you wake up and before going to sleep.
Say them for the next 21 days and take notice of the way you change your body with your new way of thinking.

Are you Wealthy in Health?

Ralph Waldo Emerson is one of the most brilliant thinkers of mankind.
Measuring Wealth is something that we all tend to do to each other.
Some people care, some people do not care.
Some people are wealthy with regards to Money but fail in Relationships.
Some people are wealthy with regards to Relationships but fail in Money areas.
Some people are wealthy with regards to Both but fail at Health.
However, when speaking of Wealth, the most important of all wealth and abundance areas is Health.
If you are healthy you will have the energy to become wealthy in all other areas of your life.
 
Concentrate on HEALTH, then the rest will follow... Love, Relationships, Money and More...

Is your Diet being defeated?

One of my teachers past this on to me in a blog letter and I love to be able to apply all his wisdom in my world and yours.
Recently he has been using quotes from many New Thought leaders...
Here is one example:

You might be wondering how we apply this to Fitness and Diet...

Well, it is simple.

This is written in the first tense on purpose.

If I believe that failure is an option then that increases the likely hood of my failure to occur.

Written in another way.

If you believe that something exists out there that can defeat you in your progress then that option becomes a reality.

How do we  control this urge to create failure and defeat.

Start by knowing that you are going to succeed.

Say a few affirmations throughout your day... Here are a few examples:

  • I am successful at all that I do
  • I live in my perfect body today
  • All my actions lead me to victory regarding my weight
Eliminate the possibility that failure and defeat is an option and you will see your results faster than ever before.

START with your mind.

Once your mind is on the right track the body will follow through.

Set your intention today to feel GOOD about yourself.

LOVE yourself, Be proud of yourself, Know that you can achieve anything you put in your mind.

BEGIN to look with understanding instead of amazement.

Your dreams of being fit and healthy start with affirming that it is already here!

Your heart is filled with the joy and happiness you desire.

Start today!  Say the following affirmation and repeat it over and over in your mind several times a day for a week and see what happens to your mind.

I must admit... I

I must admit it, I am a night owl.

For some really weird reason, I can't go to sleep early.

It is almost like I can't get enough done in one day.

I am about to change that right now.

This is the last night I am staying up late.

Sleep is to important to lose out on.

Sleep controls your muscle repair.

Sleep controls your hormones.

Sleep controls your moods and sometimes emotions and mental stability.

I seems to be ok the way I am however, I want to do an experiment on what sleep will do to my moods.

I am going to go to sleep before 11pm every night for the next two weeks, and I am gong to keep you informed on how I feel and what it does for me.
